We are committed to providing quality plus size menswear products and big size garments and we want you to be happy with your purchase.   We understand that when you purchase online, garments may not look, feel or fit as expected when you haven’t been able to see it or try it on first.  In these instances we will gladly refund or exchange items, provided our conditions are met:

• The garments must be returned within 8 days of purchase (7 days for Zip/Afterpay).
• The items must not be worn, altered or damaged or soiled.
• All tickets and labels must be still be attached.
• The original receipt or invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• You are responsible for return courier costs.  We recommend you sure a reputable service with track and trace to ensure safe return of goods. (Post may not return until after the 8days as above)
• Exchanged items sent to you may incur additional charges
• Please return items in the manner in which they were received.  If items are poorly packed or badly creased and are unable to be returned for immediate resale, we reserve the right to deduct cleaning or pressing costs from the refund amount, at a fee of $7.50 per garment.
• To speed up the exchange process we suggest ordering the replacement items online immediately, when return items come back we are able to credit to your Credit Card or  Zip a/c.
• Clearance/Special items are firm sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange
